This is a demonstration to show our injection tube water-stop product. The yellow tubing you can see on the top is actually installed on the footing before the floor, or wall is poured. After the concrete is poured and cured, Dri-Tech will come back and inject the tubing with Hydro-Active Grout which seals the joint and stops water from entering the basement. This is the perfect product for solving problems associated with building on an extremely wet lot.

After injecting the tubing with Hydro-Active Grout, the joint is sealed and your basement stays dry.

These large meter vaults were installed in the ground with no water proofing and were holding approximately four feet of water due to seepage. Dri-Tech performed a procedure called High Pressure Curtain Wall Grouting and dried the vaults right up. As you can see, the Hydro-Active Grout formed a "curtain wall" from the bottom of the vault, all the way to the surface.

Water was coming in at the floor and wall joint in this basement and causing major problems for the homeowners. Dri-Tech was able to solve the problem by drilling, installing ports, and performing a high pressure injection with Hydro-Active Grout. The basement is now leak free!!!
